Bingka Kentang

Food recipes to make cooking a delicious potato cake bingka, delicious, tasty, tasty and nutritious (wet cake):


A. Materials Required Between Other:

1. Granulated sugar = 250 grams
2. Chicken egg = 3 pieces
3. Flour sacks = 75 grams
4. Pandan leaf = 1 sheet
5. Coconut milk = 1 milli-liter or 1000 liter
6. Vanilla / vanilla = half a teaspoon / tsp
7. Half teaspoon salt = / tsp
8. Potatoes have been boiled, peeled and toned = 250 grams

B. By Cooking Method Guide Gradual Namely:

1. Coconut milk boiled on low heat along with salt, pandan leaf and vanilla to a boil then remove from heat, strain and chill. Try the remaining coconut milk about 600 ml
2. Granulated sugar and eggs beaten a half-beat until fluffy
3. Then enter the potatoes are mushy / soft inside with flour and stir until blended.
4. Coconut milk mixed with egg mixture and stir until smooth potatoes.
5. Remove the mold that has been covered by a paper pad of butter on bread.
6. Pour the batter and place in oven to roast in 180 degree Celsius temperature 45 minutes.
