How are yaa...??

Okay.. After I posted about Lempok Durian that is so amazing food, now I'm going to post about the food that is absolutely making our tongue dancing,,haha
This food from Pontianak,, that is Kwetiau.

It is very easy to make,, and of course the taste very tasteful.
Yup!! Almost all of restaurants or cafes provide this food as their menu. It's practical and pleasant. Those are the appropriate words to this food.
Don't u feel curious?? n wonder how to make?? What are the ingredients??

     250 gr Kwetiaw wet.
     2 tablespoons butter.
     1 clove garlic, crushed.
     150 g chicken, diced.
     1 carrot sticks, diced.
     1 stalk spring greens.
     1 tomato, sliced​​.
     2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce.
     1 tablespoon soy sauce.
     1 egg.
     ¼ teaspoon pepper.
     Salt to taste.

How to make

     Heat 1 tablespoon butter, fry garlic until fragrant.
     Add chicken, carrots, mustard greens, tomatoes, soy sauce, and soy sauce, carrots and cook until soft.
     Enter Kwetiaw, stir, taste the flavor. Beat eggs with salt and pepper powder handling, make pancakes with 1 tablespoon butter, then roll and iris2. Mix the egg with fried Kwetiaw..
     Lift & Serve.

I give you a suggestion.. :D

Results obtained by using wet Kwetiau will be more comfortable than using dry Kwetiau.
